Featured Recipe: Valentine PB&J

2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 T peanut butter {or other nut butter of your choice}
1 T strawberry preserves {or preserve of your choice}
heart-shaped cookie cutter

Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread. Spread preserves on top of peanut butter and place the other slice of bread on top of the preserves. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut a heart shape out of the sandwich. Enjoy.
