Cinnamon Crunchies (submitted by Connie Dionne)

Ingredients: Crust from 12 slices of bread ¼; c butter or margarine ⅓ c sugar 1 T cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Lay the bread crust in a single layer on the baking sheet. Melt the butter or margarine in a microwave safe measuring cup. Pour melted butter or margarine over the crust. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle evenly over crust. Toss crust to evenly distribute cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake for seven minutes and then turn the crusts over and bake for another seven minutes. Let cool before eating. Store in an air-tight container.
