Perfect After-School Snack for Hungry Students!

Tortilla Rolls (submitted by Maria Williams)

Ingredients:
Twelve 6″ Flour Tortillas
One 8oz. Package Softened Cream Cheese
Lunch Meat {for this recipe, I use Turkey Breast}
Lettuce
Shredded Carrots

Spread a layer of cream cheese on a tortilla and add a layer of lunch meat. Add one layer of lettuce and then a layer of shredded carrots. Roll the tortilla into a roll and serve, one per child. If the tortilla is too large for little hands to hold, cut it into pinwheels.

Note: Any kind of lunch meat may be used. Other vegetables can be used as well, such as avocados or cucumbers.
